Refund Policy

Effective January 1, 2026

No Refunds

All fees paid to Laygo, including hourly engagements and retainers, are non-refundable. Once Laygo accepts work or reserves capacity, that time cannot be recovered or reassigned. Therefore, all payments, including upfront retainers, are final.
